Tonight, I went to a Sauna Party. The party organizer was a Japanese organization from TKK.

The reason was I wanted to have some Japanese friends in Finland, so I tried to make some fiends at this party.

Surprisingly, there were many Finnish people that can speak Japanese well, and their skills were quite good

This post is the last day in Shanghai and the picture from Pudong Airport.

Last day, we just went to our favorite place, Nanjing road ! This last day, we took a mini-train tour.

This mini-train started from the beginning of the street to the end of street. You can watch the people from the cart, and it was interesting! Also, I enjoyed my last shopping on this street!

Inside of Pudong Airport

I hope I can travel in China again soon. The culture is intersting and the foods are so tasty

On Sep. 21st, we had only 2 more days in Shanghai.

In the morning, my husband had some work and we had to go to a hotel for those tasks. It was my second time to see my husband’s presentation and his working mode It was quite interesting how different is his attitude, hehehe.

He was like man Hatarakiman. I want to work too….sigh

After his presentation was done, we went to Lknghua Temple and it took long time from the city. But it was less crowdy than any other places.

Then, we went back to the hotel and took a rest.

It was last weekend in Shanghai, so we decided to go out! First, we went to Xintiandi（新天地）. There were many bars and restaurants. This area is supposed to be hottest new entertainment district in Shanghai. Unfortunately, it was raining, but we had a fun!

 We went to the restaurant , “Luna”.

   

Next area was Hengshan Road. There were many bars and discos. It was fun experience. Many young people were dancing so crazy and having fun!

First bar was small and there was a singer! The prices were not too bad. We had several beers and drinks there.

Second one was huge techno club. OMG I loved this club. It was much more fun than Finnish clubs! Everyone was dancing and drinking!!  Also it was quite safe, because there were many security guys inside. People behave good at that time.

Then, the third one was more likely rock club. There were more tourists and older people at this place. I found out that people in China drink quite a lot I saw one guy drink Chinese tea with wiskey. And he drunk 3 bottles just for a few hours. It was quite amazing right. I have never seen that Chinese people abroad drink a lot.

On the way back, I was so scared ,because we saw many scared comments on Internet. It was saying people got robbed Actually, it was quie safer than what we expected before. There were a tons of taxis around this area and many security people. I guess the person who wrote a comment was quite drunk or obaka…?! Anyway, this night was fantastic. I was happy to see real Chinese Young culture!!

Suzhou was once visited by Marco Polo and he compared it to Venice of Italy. The city is renowned for its beautiful stone bridges.This city has also been an important centre for China’s industry.

This garden has three sections (East, Central, and West part)

It took abour 2 hours by mini-bus.

Lotus Pavilion (East part)
The waterside Lotus Pavilion is built both partially on water and partially on land. From this pavilion visitors can obtain a fine view of the lotus pond reaching around a huge hill crowned.

Heavenly Spring Pavilion(East Part)-This Pavilion is the biggest one in this garden.

Millet Fragrance Hall (East Part)

This hall faces a brook and luxuriantly green island with a pavilion on top. Behind the hall is the garden northern boundry, beyond which there used to be paddy rice fields. The character millet here refers to rice in south of the Yangtze River. For many years it was used as a tea house, and now it serves as a souvenir shop.

In front of Millet Fragrance Hall, there was a beautiful view.

It is a unique pavilion that has four moon gates on all four slides. It provides with the scenery for each seasons.

Becoming a Chinese man?!

Once again, visiting the silk factoru for us was the second time. But this time, we saw all of steps how to produce the silk products. It was quite interesting.

Then, next place was Zhou Zhuang, and there were many residential houses built 100 years ago and local people in this area.
ZhouZhuang is labeled as the best Water Village in China. The architecture is from Ming and Qing dynasties.

On September 19th, we went sightseeing around Shanghai

1.Jade Buddha Temple

Jade Buddha Temple was modern temple. It was found in 1882 with two Jade Buddha representing Buddha’s death. Two Jade Buddha were imported from Burma to Shanghai. It was my first time to see the Jade Buddha, and it was very beautiful.

There was a tea shop inside of the temple. They sold the tea which monks drink everyday. The lady from this tea shop was very friendly,kind and smiling Maybe, that was reason we bought the tea at the shop, hahaha. Oue tea is for relaxation, good sleeping, and skin allergy.

After that, we went to People Square by metoro, and visited to Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. The model is intended to represent the entire city, including all planned developments. I was amazed with how big this city is! Also on the top of floor, there was a cool 3D movie. One mascot explaing about the city of Shanghai!

Then, we walked on the shopping street, and I bought some clothes That was fun as usual.

Finally, my exam week is over, but in two weeks I have another two exams, hehehe.

 Nowaday, it is getting cold Winter is coming, winter is coming, yay yay~~

It was rainning all day long on September 18th

We just went to a big shopping mall called ” Super Brand Mall”. It was located in Pudong area.

The purpose was just spending our time, instead of staying at the hotel.

That mall had so many shops and restautant, so it was very fun I was really amazed that the shopping mall in Shanghai was big ,nice and clean except the toilets

There was also a big grocery store. We bought many foods, beers, and so on. Especially, there were many kinds of instant noodles , hehehe.

It seems like in China people are going into the tunnel!?

In this morning, we went to the closest are from Otaniemi called ” Tapiola”, because there is a department store which has a big sale this week. So we woke up at 6am, and took a bus around 6:25. The shop started at 8am so we had to wait until it opened.

When we arrived, there were already people waiting for the ticket. I was so scared with not getting the ticket

Around 7am, we could enter inside the building to make a queue. BUT as usual we had trouble

There was one lady also waiting for the ticket, and she made her friends cut in the line just in front of me!!! She brought three people, and I was 7th person, then I got 10th. OMG, that was so pissed off People were waiting for 6:30am and those people came at 7:30 

It was really early morning, so I was short temper as well. Yeah, I complained to that lady. I don’t even remember what I told her,hihihi.

Anyway, we bought the tickets, so it didn’t matter after all.

From this Wednesday, there is a big sale in Finland!

If you have ever lived in Finland, you might have heard about the Crazy Days from Stockmann.

We are trying to buy the tickets to go to Osaka for this winter vacation In order to get the cheap tickets, we have to go to the shop very early morning tomorrow!

In Finland, it is coming Autumn since last month. I feel like the winter is coming soon The temprature is around 15 degrees everyday.

Also, my first exam week is coming in 2 weeks
